Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of SwanShare (the “Service”), operated by Parth Bagda, operating as SwanShare. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SwanShare lets organizations issue cryptographically signed, publicly verifiable credentials and collect e-signatures. Public verification of a credential or document is free and available to anyone.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and signing keys secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to issue false or fraudulent credentials, infringe others’ rights, or break applicable law. You are solely responsible for the truth of the claims you issue; SwanShare proves who issued a credential and that it is unaltered — not that the underlying claim is true.
4. Plans, billing & usage
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (credentials and documents per month) are described on the Pricing and Billing pages. By upgrading you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parth Bagda, operating as SwanShare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Already-issued public verification links may stop working if your organization is deleted.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: [email protected].
