Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from Billing & plans; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review it and issue a refund where appropriate. Because verification and issuance are delivered immediately, we generally do not refund partial months of usage once credentials have been issued.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days.
Free plan
The Free plan is free forever within its monthly limits — no payment, nothing to refund.
